my dad pay 4 me 2 go 4 nutrition food...cz " ying cou" his customer.... js becz of tis... start from 7th aug.. everyday my dad n me had 2 follow de nutrition b'fast...hahaha.... bt i noe its good 4 me ler....health... sooo i reli ms jian chi....everyday go 2 de shop 2 hv my shake....lol.. mix de powder...fruits.....thn ms drink 4l water per day..wowo...... de 1st day i reach till 3l smtg.... today...de 2nd day...oso 3 l smtg..bt more thn yesterday... gt improvement oo...great.. quite successful till now..still can tahan.. js think of my dreamzzz.... sooo i reli ms...n must..... hope tat....reli can successful ba... yeah...rinZzz..gambate oo...^^ |
